In a single setting it brings together 7 wooden lodges that can sleep up to 49 people in total, an in-house restaurant, a spa, a pool and padel courts. The difference from a regular rural house is what happens when you arrive. At most group rentals you get four walls, a pool, and a village a few kilometres away. Here you get an entire complex at your disposal.

They recommend activities for family or group outings: Segura river descent, hiking trails, visit to the Abarán waterwheels (…) all within five minutes.
A great spot to go with friends and family — we've been several times and we'll be back for sure. The girls have a great time and so do the adults. Good facilities and excellent staff service.
The best dates for groups fly fast
Spring in the Ricote Valley, long weekends and summer around the pool are the dates groups ask us about the most. And between January and February, the Cieza blossom fills the valley (and the lodges). If you already have a date in mind, checking availability sooner rather than later locks in space for the whole group — and, if there are many of you, lodges next to each other.

How much does a rural house cost for a group?
It depends on how many you are, the dates and what's included. We have all-inclusive group packs from €550 (lodge for 6 people, 2 nights, with padel, group spa and dinner included), which works out at about €46 per person per night with the activities inside. You can also book just the lodge and add services à la carte. Write to us with your group size and dates and we'll send you a closed quote.
How many people fit in total?
Up to 49 people across 7 wooden lodges. Each lodge sleeps up to 7 people with its own space, heating and air conditioning.
How far in advance should you book for a group?
There's no fixed rule, but for spring weekends, long weekends and summer it's worth booking several weeks ahead, especially if you need several lodges next to each other for a big group. Write to us with your dates and we'll confirm availability.
Is it mandatory to book a pack?
No. The packs are the easy option if you want everything closed in advance, but you can book just the accommodation and add whatever you want: spa, padel, restaurant or activities.
Does the restaurant cater for large groups?
Yes. We organise group lunches and dinners with Murcian cuisine made from local produce. We just need a heads-up in advance to prepare it properly.
Can you celebrate a birthday or an event?
Yes. The complex is a great spot for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and celebrations. The restaurant sets up the group dinner and the spa can be booked for your group.
Is there a plan for the kids?
