What is the Region of Murcia Tourist Voucher
It's a direct subsidy from the Department of Tourism designed to encourage travel within the region outside high season. This Murcia tourism voucher covers 50% of your trip's eligible services, up to a maximum of €250 (VAT included).
You apply for it yourself, free of charge, and use it by booking a minimum of two consecutive nights at a partner property. The grant is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, so it pays off to act fast once the call opens.
Requirements to use the voucher
Five conditions. If you meet them, the voucher covers half of your getaway at Áureo.
Be a legal adult with legal residence in Spain.
Apply for the voucher on the official website of the Region of Murcia Tourism Department when the call is open.
Book two consecutive nights at the same partner property (such as Áureo).
Pay yourself, as voucher holder, by card, bank transfer or cheque (never in cash).
Finalise the booking within 7 days of receiving your code, with check-in between 7 and 30 days later. This is the detail most people overlook: if you miss the deadline, the code expires.

How do I pay for a booking with the voucher?
You pay yourself, as voucher holder, by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheque, directly to the property. Cash is not accepted.
Does the voucher count for income tax purposes?
Yes. The subsidy counts as capital gains and is declared in the IRPF (Spanish income tax return). We tell you upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I apply for more than one voucher?
Yes, you can request more than one per period, respecting the minimum time between applications set by each call.
